What happened

While working on the dock landing steel beams [REDACTED] had a small wood shaving get into his eye. He reported the incident and immediately went to the eye wash station to flush his eye out. His eye felt better and he returned to work. [REDACTED] informed the [REDACTED] that the debris still bothered him. He was taken to the emergency room to have his eye checked.
