On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] PTF Carrier was assigned to [REDACTED]. During the route the carrier slid a package to the back of the truck and then proceeded to lift the package to deliver it. After he lifted the package he stated that he felt a tingle in his back causing his back to be sore the rest of the day.
