What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] PDC PVS employee sent an email to management stating that he injured himself on the previous [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Post Office while loading an OTR BMC container onto his trailer. He stated that he informed the tour 3 supervisor on duty and stated that he thought it was no big deal and a hot bath should take care of the twinge in my upper back. Employee has sought medical treatment and currently unable to work.
