I have no knowledge of what he was doing before this happened.

Employee was moving APC to the correct position to load truck . In the process of pulling the APC to align it to be properly pushed I felt a very sharp pain in my right arm. I continued on with pushing the rest of the APCs on the truck to carry out my duties. Once I reached [REDACTED] station noticed stiffness in right arm it was very painful to move. Notified Supervisor once returned to [REDACTED].
