According to the MVA driver. He was on leg 10 of his run 221 at Pitney Bowes [REDACTED] when he lifted the defective dock door at [REDACTED]. After lifting the dock door he began opening his trailer door when the defective dock began coming down and landed on the back of the employee [REDACTED]. After the door landed on driver 's back he lifted the door and informed the personnel at [REDACTED] and contacted SLO to inform him of the accident that occurred. After the accident MMVA driver retuned to the [REDACTED] PDC to write a statement and leave to his primary care physician.
