What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] driver fractured 2 ribs while attempting to close a trailer door. As the [REDACTED] was pulling down the door he slipped when he hit the ground and twisted his torso in such a manner that it caused him to fracture his ribs. He tried to work but the pain is too great and he was seen at the doctor today [REDACTED]. Where he had x-rays done. [REDACTED] did bring this to management attention after the incident happened. [REDACTED] received medical attention and will be filing a claim.
