At approximately [REDACTED] arrived at [REDACTED] to deliver a package. She pulled up to the mailbox as she does every day and stepped out of the Postal vehicle. As she stepped out to go to the back of the truck to retrieve the package she felt her right ankle bend the moment she put her foot on the grass. Her right ankle swelled instantly and was unable to walk.
