Employee was delivering her assigned route for the day. She then dismounted to delivering a parcel. Upon exiting the vehicle she stated that she stepped and felt her knee twist. At first it was fine but days later it swelled up and she sought medical treatment. She used her own leave and have since returned to work; however she did end up having to submit an E-comp claim.
