What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] city carrier was at [REDACTED] when he was handing mail to customer over the fence when dog bite him on right forearm. The dog jump up and bite the carrier Carrier did not see dog. Police station was notified. Delivery is not being curtailed asking customer to move mailbox to outside on the fence. Dog was current on rabies shot. Carrier did have satchel and dog spray.
