Regular Clerk Employee reported that his thumb and wrist on his right hand is exhibiting pain and swelling. he is unable to bend his thumb to the full extent. He is using his thumb to scan parcels with the small DSS scanner and has to use his thumb to press the button for each package. This is repetitive motion and he averages scanning 1700 plus packages a day.
