What happened

The carrier contacted the station to informed management that she had fell and twisted her right ankle around [REDACTED]. When I arrived on the scene I notice that the carrier was not wearing the proper foot attire on while delivering mail. The carrier did not load her NBU box mail in the back of the vehicle. When I ask the carrier when happened she stated that she had to get the packages from the back for the vehicle. As she was heading the front of the vehicle she twisted her right ankle.
