What happened

[REDACTED] was loading the truck in the morning at the post office. [REDACTED] states that he was reaching down to the bottom of the blue hamper and he felt a light pain on his lower back. [REDACTED] He tried to work through the day and as the activities progress the pain increase. The pain preventing him from going through the Routine [REDACTED] claims he brought it to the supervisor’s attention which he did not. When carrier let the supervisors know he said “he was given too much work and that on top of that he had so much pain in my lower back from reaching down into the totes”. [REDACTED] never mentioned that he had hurt himself or that any pain he was feeling had to do with a NEW injury.
