What happened

While in the process o loading my days workload I felt a sharp pain in the center o my right shoulder blade area. I didnt think too much into it because it didn 't linger at the time but as my work day progressed I started to feel stiffness develop and pain increase that migrated to my right pectoral chest area. My range of movement started to decrease and it became difficult to reach for packages to deliver.
