What happened

City Carrier filed an ECOMP stating standing on my feet for about 20 minutes my heels start hurting. Standing at CBU boxes and apartments. Holding mail in my left thumb for a long period of times hurts. I get aching pain in both feet standing the pain goes from my feet to my knees then my back. I 'm in pain walking and standing on concrete. Holding mail to case and deliver my thumb is in pain. I can 't move it back and forward the pain is unbearable.
