verified [REDACTED]. employee injured himself running from dog. I WAS WALKING DOWN THE STREET DELIVERING MY MAIL AS USUAL. i SAW A GATE OPEN AT [REDACTED] BUT DIDN 'T THINK ANYTHING OF IT. AS I PROCEEDED DOWN THE STREET IN THE DIRECTION OF THE HOUSE WITH THE GATE OPEN A DOG [REDACTED] STRAIGHT OUT THE GATE AND STARTED RUNNING IN MY DIRECTION. TO KEEP FROM BEING BIT I [REDACTED] AND JUMPED INTO THE BED OF A PICK UP TRUCK. I REINJURED MY L KNEE BY JUMPING INTO THE BACK OF SOMEONE 'S PICK UP TRUCK.
