[REDACTED] was delivering to [REDACTED] she noticed 2 pit bulls off leash at [REDACTED] when the dogs rushed and attacked her. [REDACTED] placed her satchel in front of her to protect herself but dogs managed to get around her satchel and bite her. [REDACTED] told management that dogs managed to drop her to the concrete as she was protecting herself and yelling for help.
