What happened

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] the TTO driver was exiting the [REDACTED] station as he was heading back to his truck he tripped and fell down the steps at the station. Upon returning to his truck he informed his supervisor of him falling. He was in pain he went to the ER and went home for several days.
