What happened
On [REDACTED] employee was working in the manual parcel racks at the [REDACTED] PDC. At around [REDACTED] she was attempting to move a box of parcels when the box ripped. When the box ripped she fell backwards striking her right arm on a split. She was unable to move her wrist afterwards and did seek treatment.
