What happened

Employee reported that he tried to open the mailroom door with his right hand while holding a mail tub under his left arm. After not being able to open the mailroom door he kicked it open. He reached in with his right hand to turn on the light and the door quickly swung closed and caught his hand between the door frame and the door.
