What happened
Employee was delivering her assigned route for the day. She then dismounted to delivery large parcels. Even though she had a dolly she tried to lift them. At first she didn 't think she hurt herself but later that day she stated that it was hurting. Then her elbow swelled after going to the doctor she was asked if she hurt herself before. She was diagnosed with Elbow (Olecranon) Bursitis. She used her own leave and have since returned to work however she did end up having to submit an E-comp claim this was when management learned of the issue.
