employee stated I was at [REDACTED] when a dog started running towards me as I was going up the stairs. I fell on both knees I got up but both knees were hurting. I 'm not seeking medical attention right now I 'm going home and put ice and heat on them to see if that helps I called [REDACTED] and let her know when it happened.
