On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] while picking up packages at REI on my route ([REDACTED]) I was throwing the packages in my truck after throwing a couple of packages my wrist began hurting and throbbing. I continued out my route and every time I used my right hand my wrist would hurt. After finishing my route I came back to the office and notified the supervisor of my injury. I will go home and take [REDACTED] and put an ice pack on it and will let management know on [REDACTED]. if I 'm still in any pain. if so I will go to the doctor to have it examined
