On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] TTO driver was unloading his 11-ton on dock-20 when he felt his left knee snapped buckled. He did not think much of it but reported what happened to his supervisor at the end of his tour around [REDACTED]. At the end of his tour he told his supervisor also that he would like to get his left knee seen by a doctor the next day since he can hardly put any weight on his left knee. On the [REDACTED] (next day) he worked his first half of his trip and then went to CareSpot to have his left knee looked at. He came back with a medical documentation and [REDACTED].
