All I know as of [REDACTED] is Carrier hurt their shoulder opening door at [REDACTED] . Carrier contacted their immediate supervisor but failed to mention it to the supervisors working that day. Carrier finished the route but no paperwork was submitted. I will continue to investigate when Carrier returns from their scheduled day off.
