Was coming out of [REDACTED] 1108 with a bag of trash and a linen bag. Walked across the hall to the soiled utility room to put them in the bins. Coming out of the room I slipped and feel on the floor.

While exiting the Utility Room near room 1108 slipped on liquid on the floor and fell landed on left side. Was helped up by a co-worker.
