What happened

On [REDACTED] The Electronic Technician was working on [REDACTED] replacing a servo motor. After the replacement of the motor and attempting to restart the machine he noticed that there was an interlock fault on the back of stacker module 2. He found that the door was out of alignment and while attempting to adjust the door it fell off the hinge and fell onto his left foot causing pain. He continued to work his shift expecting the pain to subside but it became more intense.
