What happened

There was a bucket crash at the level change on [REDACTED] #2. While trying to get the buckets to come loose I had to crawl underneath the level change to knock the buckets free using a hammer. Upon doing so three affected buckets came loose and fell hitting me on my head. I called my supervisor to come to the flat sorter. The flat sorter supervisor saw that I was bleeding from my head and I told him I had to clean it up. After I cleaned up and bandage the cut on my head that I was bleeding from I showed my supervisor and she took pictures. The machine was down for approximately 1 hour and 15mins. I was able to complete the repairs and continue working. I refused medical treatment once asked by my supervisor due to no pain at the time. I had the local e-stop pressed at the location I was working at. After speaking to my supervisor and informing her that I was okay she watched me finish make the repairs to ensure my safety and that I was okay. Machine was back up at approximately [REDAC
