What happened

[REDACTED] To whom it may concern: Approximately [REDACTED] I was walking around the end of APBS 1. I turned to go down the inner side of the machine because of all the active PIT equipment in that area. There wiretainers to my left and a cardboard gaylord on a pallet to my right with plenty of room to go between them There was a broken piece of a wooden pallet on the floor. I twisted my ankle on it and down I went. I twisted my right ankle fell on my left knee and my right wrist.
