At [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] FT Clerk when dispatching the APBS lost conciseness and fell to the floor striking her head upon landing. She was not responsive. [REDACTED] was called. First responders arrived and was performing CPR until she was loaded into the ambulance for transport to hospital. Employee 's supervisor was notified by a family member that the employee was deceased.
