EE reported to customer for a repoerted no Heat call. Upon arrival the EE noted multiple piles of animal feceies near heating unit. EE also reported a strong smell of amonia in the home. Upon completion EE was speaking with home owner & exchanging paperwork when the customers dog bit him in the leg.
