What happened

On [REDACTED] RCA came back from [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. When he dropped off his 4240 he was still trying to explain something to me but there is heavy language barrier but I got that he said he had to go ASAP to which I asked if his route was done and he said yes I said ok and took that as he was going home. [REDACTED] and I were the only ones in the office as everyone was returning. He left with nothing else being said. On [REDACTED] I was off however nothing was said to other employees about the situation or there being any issue. He ran [REDACTED] and helped on another. On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] RCA came into the office asking for documentation of his injury. He was discussing the situation with another supervisor. She had learned that he stepped in a red ant nest and is allergic. So we provided him with the needed documents and asked him to provide us with a statement of what took place which he did and then left. He then came back around [REDACTED] and met with [REDAC
