What happened

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I was taking package out of my hamper to put into my case to finish up my office time when I reached into my hamper to pick up a package when I felt a pull in my lower right back. It hurts to stand or walk properly. I was pulling from pamper 4806 at the time it occurred. Employee at [REDACTED] heard it when it first happened. Employee 4803 saw my initial reaction as well as other co-workers.
