EE hooked up load hose as he normally would. He was going back over the top of his hose to open fire valve and his toe hit the hose. Normally the hose lays on the ground but at this lease due to the berm the hose was 2-3 inches off the ground.

As EE stepped over and his toe hit the hose he attempted to pick his foot up to clear hose. As he did this the hose came up higher as well causing EE to trip and impact his right shoulder on the ground.
