What happened

There was a confused patient that gets violent on our floor. When he became agitated I tried to help another PCA along with the nurse redirect the patient to his room. he became irate and started throwing himself to the floor as well as punching in order to protect the patient we had to hold him. while doing so I felt a pull at my lower back.The pain didn 't immediately stop me from working but it worsened as I got home and tried to rest which is why I decided to fill out this report
