What happened

Sat on round kitchen wooden table to take our [REDACTED] pictures. When I jumped off the back of the table it flipped and hit me in the back near my upper and lower back (table was round) and I fell on my knees. My under arms lower back and headache started. Pain started becoming more intense each hour. I took one motrin after lunch.
