What happened
It was a really cold day with snow all over the ground. As I was leaving the building around [REDACTED] it was really dark outside and black snow every where. As soon I started walking I slipped and fell so hard to the ground. I fell hard on the ground I hit my lower back on the curb fell down mostly on my left side. I tried to get up myself but was keep on slipping over and over. Finally I was able to get up. I messaged my supervisor about the incident.
