Before the incident

Operator asked associate to help them center the rool on the wind stand. The roll was off center.

What happened

Associate was helping the operator push and center a roll on the unwind stand. When they were pushing the roll in to place the roll shifted toward the right side. The roll fell off the stand and the associates shoulder motioned down towards the floor. Associate felt their arm drop and pull.
