Patient was a candidate for a hoyer lift.

What happened

Hoyer lift patient was being assisted from wheelchair to stretcher three RNs present. When patient was being lifted a few inches off the wheelchair the hoyer leg moved forward and was caught on my right foot. Patient noted to be buckled to wheelchair.
