Employee was starting his daily tasks and getting ready for a machine change over. [REDACTED] needed to move the packing table away from the machine to perform the task.

Employee was starting his setup on [REDACTED]. He went to push the table out of the way so he could remove the grinder. As he pushed the table the catwalk rolled off the table onto the back of his head and neck area.
