[REDACTED] was noticed becoming stressed and breathing increased. Became diaphoric and water was offered as well as a cool cloth as she stated she was hot. She then stated I think I 'm going to pass out. I think I need to go to the hospital. First aid evaluation provided [REDACTED] was called picked up by Brewster EMS transport and taken to Cape Cod Hospital ER.
