What happened

EE was attempting to manually shove pallet over to be flush with the slot. EE went to check the stability of the pallet by stepping onto the pallet and moving up and down. EE then proceeded to position themselves to be able to slide the pallet over.EE felt sharp pain on left ankle and saw the lip of the pallet slipped off the front metal lip of the slot and pinned EE 's ankle between the bar and pallet.
