Before the incident
EE was working on the sensor for the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and dropped their screwdriver. While on the ground co-worker asked EE to hand them sockets.
What happened
While standing on the bottom rungs of a ladder the EE reached up to hand a co-worker sockets when they experienced a burning sensation in the left ankle. The EE immediately could not bear weight onto the ankle so they slowly returned to their desk and notified their Supervisor.
