Before the incident

e was at [REDACTED] Underground delivering 4 generators. AE was moving the generators to the end of the trailer so that they can get them with the fork lift.

What happened

AE stated that the generators had cardboard around them and he had to cut it off the get the pallet jack under it to move it and as he was cutting off the cardboard he had the box cutter in his right hand and was cutting down on the card board and it slipped off and hit the palm of his left hand. Causing a 3cm laceration.
