While placing a sheet of OSB onto a truss the sheet bounced and slid off the webbing into the employees left knee There was webbing on both sides of the truss where the sheet of OSB should have been thrown but the employee threw the sheet closer to the middle of the truss where there was a gap for the sheet to fall through
