What happened

Employee was securing the stainless-steel lid with louvers on Wash Line #[REDACTED] after a PM. Employee was using a rachet and socket to tighten the bolts securing the lid. The lid is perforated with louvers to let the heat out of the top of the vibratory bowl. The socket slipped off the bolt he was tightening and his knuckle was cut on one of the louvers on the lid.
