Before the incident

Returing back into the kitchen from the outside exit area from the kitchen.

What happened

While coming back in from the outside of the building she was closing the BOH (Kitchen) Door. To prevent the door from slamming shut she guided the door close with her RT hand. Her finger was caught on the metal grid which was sharp and that created the laceration.
