Before the incident

At approximately [REDACTED] while working at the Holland Briquetter TM was off loading tools (dewalt cordless grinder with cutoff wheel and a porta-power) from the skytrac and carrying them to the jobsite about 8ft in total distance. TM went to set the porta-power down and while doing so must have engaged the safety switch (which is functional) located on the trigger and the trigger starting the grinder. The grinder was positioned between his arm and abdomen and that was when TM sustained a laceration 7.5cm long across his abdomen.
