Before the incident

On [REDACTED] TM described to me that he was walking from the building out to company provided vehicle stepped on a piece of copper rolled his right foot and felt discomfort. He continued to work the rest of the week. When the pain didn 't subside the TM decided to get it checked out on [REDACTED]. After an X-Ray was completed they discovered a fracture to his right metatarsal (pinky toe).
