Associate was on top of the bun final mixer. He was lifting the flour hatchwith his right hand and something in right shoulder popped. We were ableto get him into the scissor lift and lower him down. When we were takinghim out of the scissor lift he said he felt his shoulder pop back into place.He was sent to the MBI in [REDACTED] at roughly [REDACTED].
