Description : Employee working in Bread Wrap as a Wrap Helper line 3and 4. After the slicer the scoop that pushes loaves of bread into thebags the employee noticed the machine faulted out on a loaf of breadthat was partially bagged. The employee restarted the machine andreached into the machine to address the partially bagged loaf and in theprocess of doing that the scoop came in contact with her right-hand indexfinger. 1 inch laceration.
